The Role

Crimson Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team with case preparation, research, and administrative assistance. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of legal procedures, and a desire to grow within a professional legal environment.

The Paralegal will play a key role in ensuring matters are managed efficiently, documentation is accurate, and deadlines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors with case preparation and legal documentation
  • Draft, review, and organize legal correspondence and filings
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings
  • Manage case files, records, and document management systems
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties as required
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach

Nice to Have

  • Relevant paralegal certification or legal studies background
  • Experience in [specific practice area, if applicable]
